Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of your order and include the reason for your return. All products may be returned with free shipping for exchange or refund except custom orders. Custom orders may not be returned. Any items being returned due to damage sustained in shipping must be returned to us with their original packaging and box, if possible. We will supply you with a label and instructions for return shipping. All returns must have prior approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
